FTP Facility

Dimensions House provides and FTP facility to enable clients to send and receive artwork quickly and easily.

In order to use the facility you will have to use the Username and Password we have provided you with.

Macintosh Users (OSX)

Mac users need to use FTP software to access our public folders. If you do not currently have Mac FTP software please follow these instructions:

(1) Download and install Cyberduck from http://cyberduck.ch/.
(2) Launch the software and press Apple-O to open a new connection.
(3) Enter dimensionsftp.co.uk as the Server, u45070350-ftp as the Username and dimensions as the Password.
(4) When our shared folders have loaded you can drag files in and out of our shared folders.

Windows Users

Internet Explorer 6: Click the Launch Dimensions FTP link below, and when the popup message appears click OK. On the top bar goto File and then Login As. You will then be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

Internet Explorer 7: Click the Launch Dimensions FTP link below, and when the page has loaded go to the Page menu and choose 'Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer'. You will then be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

What if FTP does not work?

Most connection failures are caused by small errors in the typing of the Username/Password or the Server name. Retyping carefully usually results in a successful connection. In some cases you may have to turn off Internet Security in order to FTP.
